We are three families that are passionate about good cuisine: Salazar, Martínez and Silva, united by strong affective, generational and business ties, with more than 30 years of experience. It is a story of effort and sacrifice with the right ingredients of excellent Latin food in the United States.

OUR STAFF

Formed for years among distinguished chefs of Cuban and Latin American cuisine our Staff has extensive experience in the elaboration of exquisite and select dishes to satisfy the most demanding tastes. The Master Chef Rigo accumulates 16 years of training between Cuban and Caribbean experts, and more than 10 at the head of our team.
